Our services involve professional consultation, document preparation, submission assistance, translation, attestation, and government liaison services.
Because work may commence immediately after engagement, refunds may not always be available.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered when:
Payment was made in error;
The requested service has not yet commenced;
We are unable to provide the requested service due to internal reasons.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be granted for:
Government fees already paid;
Embassy fees already paid;
MOFA fees already paid;
Courier expenses incurred;
Completed translation services;
Completed attestation services;
Submitted visa applications;
Submitted government applications;
Services already rendered.
4. Visa and Government Applications
Visa issuance, residency approval, attestation approval, or permit approval are decisions made by government authorities.
No refund will be issued due to:
Visa rejection;
Residency rejection;
Government refusal;
Additional requirements imposed by authorities.
Our service fees compensate for work performed regardless of approval outcomes.
5. Cancellation Requests
If a client wishes to cancel a service before work begins, a refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
Once processing has started, partial or full refunds may not be available.
